INTELSAT Remote Carrier Monitoring Station Upgrade
(Project Completed – February 2001)


Ku Band Satellite Earth Station Upgade for INTELSAT Remote Carrier Monitoring used for Indian Ocean Region Intelsat Satellite System.
System integration included high precision Ku band waveguide couplers installed in the NEC roof top antenna, power meters, line amplifiers and integration with the INTELSAT provided monitoring system.
Integration, testing and commissioning of the upgrade performed with careful planning and minimum downtime of less than couple of hours as the station was carrying international voice telephony, data and internet traffic.
Site upgrade was done at Videsh Sanchar Nigam Limited's Greater Kailash site in New Delhi, India.

INTELSAT Std. "A" IDR/IBS Gateway Earth Station in London for Primus Telecommunication (Project Completed – April 1999)

System integration & testing of C Band Redundant Satellite Earth Station for carrying international gateway telephony, data and internet traffic. Project included 16 meter Vertex antenna and 7200 Step Track tracking system, CPI TWT Power amplifiers, Up and Down Converters, EF Data Satellite Modem Bays, Switching equipment, Monitor & Control Subsystem and associated equipment.
Current circuits from this hub include circuits to countries in Indian Ocean region, Asia and Middle East.

Total hardware was supplied by Globecomm Systems Inc., New York.

INTELSAT Std. "A" IDR Earth Station for Mauritius Telecom, Mauritius (Completed – Sept.1992)

Design, development, system integration, installation, testing & commissioning of 15 meter C Band Redundant Satellite Earth Station for carrying international gateway telephony traffic between Mauritius and USA, Canada, France, UK & South Africa.

Project included Vertex antenna and Electrospace step track tracking system with Trajectory Estimation Algorithm (TEA), 700 watt Varian TWT Power amplifiers, STS Up and Down Converters, EF Data Satellite Modems, DCME equipment and
associated Time Slot switching equipment from Alcatel, France.
After Sales Support, Maintenance and One year On-Site Technical Support also provided.

INTELSAT Std. "B" IDR/DCME Earth Station for ORION/ GSI (Project Completed – Sept. 1997)

System integration & testing of C Band Redundant Satellite Earth Station for carrying international gateway telephony traffic. Project included 11.1meter antenna and step track tracking system, 400 watt TWT Power amplifiers, Up and Down Converters, EF Data Satellite Modems, DCME equipment and associated echo cancellation equipment.
