5.6meter Ku Band Satellite Earth Station used for DTH broadcast Station for Canada using Anik-F1 satellite. System integration, installation, testing, training & commissioning. System included 700 Watt Redundant HPAs, Miteq Up and Down Converters, Fiber Optic Interfacility link, Dehydrator, Antenna Control Equipment, Deicing Equipment and GSI SNMP compatible Axxys Monitor & Control System.


Ku Band DTH & Internet Hub Station for Canadian Satellite Communication in Mississauga, Canada (Project Completed – January 2001)

Ku Band Satellite Earth Station used for DTH broadcast and Internet Hub Station for Canada using Anik-E1 satellite. System integration, installation, testing, training & commissioning. System included 4.6 meter Ku band antennas, 700 Watt Redundant HPAs, Up and Down Converters, Fiber Optic Interfacility link, 70/140 MHz IF Converters, Dehydrator, Antenna Control Equipment, Deicing Equipment
System included state of the art "Axxys" Monitor & Control System providing GUI interface in the Network Operations Center (NOC) to all the earth station equipment via ethernet LAN, Cisco Managed Switches and fiber optic cables integrated with SNMP interface to the corporate LAN Network.
System was supplied with 4.6 meter Andrew Antennas, RF system including CPI Power amplifiers, Miteq Up/Down Converters, Maxtech LNAs, associated RF equipment and GSI designed Axxys Monitor & Control System based on Newtech Compass software. Program implemented for Canadian Satellite Communication Company (Cancom), Mississauga, Toronto, Canada.
